By creating an account and using VoraPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of Services

VoraPay provides financial technology services including virtual accounts, bill payments, airtime/data purchases, escrow services, and marketplace features. Services are provided "as is" and subject to availability.

4. Fees

Transaction fees are displayed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use VoraPay for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Unauthorized access to other accounts
• Abusing the referral system

6. Limitation of Liability

VoraPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
